Viking Nordic Center
In our experience, Viking is an outstanding cross country place. Trails for beginners, intermediate and advanced skiers. Separate snowshoe trails. Lighted trails for late evening skiing/strolling. Grooming is top-notch, both for classic and skate techniques. Kids terrain park, equipment rentals (includes sleds for pulling younger ones), cafe on premises. Baby-sitting can be arranged. Sugar mapling in spring. Biking and hiking in summer. All trails are through forests, meadows and rolling hills. Simply beautiful!! Highly recommended! Extremely children-friendly!
