Large living room with a fireplace, cathedral ceiling, family play area, formal dining area. Sliding glass windows open to a spacious deck (with BBQ grill) overlooking a blackberry garden. Large kitchen has a view of the front lawn with a flower garden and 6 by 6 ft wooden sandbox. All standard amenities plus espresso/cappuccino machine. Mudroom with ski racks. Cable TV, VCR/DVD, CD/tape/radio, high-speed Internet access, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, iron, hair dryer.
The house is equipped with child gates on the first and second floors and on the deck. There is a crib, playpen, high-chair, strollers, small table & chairs for arts/crafts projects. Lots of children's books, music CDs, videos, toys, bicycles, board games.
